How to fix the header of Gridview

I have already checked the many solutions given on Google, but there are issue with the solutions like if we will fix the header then sorting will not work(GridView sorting), please find the below code :

We can do with some workarounds.

1. Add the separate table header, as same width as gridview column headers.

2. Since you need the sorting, don't add showheader="false", instead you can add downarrow/uparrow in gridview column header, or else give text color as background color.
3. Js- Table header columns onclick trigger corresponding grid header click.
