How to fix this issue Server Error application?

if possible, can you Index.cshtml coding ?

Great ~ how do i use this tidle inside visual studio? VS 2017 does not seem to have this, why my application is not loading. How can i work around now in order for my Views to have that on each View.cshtml?

Using the wrong tilde can also produce this error.

Make sure you use the tilde "~" on your keyboard.
