How to generate eia number using aadharnumber

in my application i need to generate eIA (electronic insurance account.) based on aadhar number and emailid. for that

i need webservice to consume that information.if you know any webservice url help me.

or any api for that give the details.i search in the offical goverment websites but i don't get

any specific information.if any one have any idea about it help me.
