How to get a dll in a asp.net application and publish it in

Right click on project open chose open folder in file explorer here you find bin folder

in this folder all dll files presents.

 

if you want to publish a web application just right click on project chose publish

Gacutil.exe would register this for you.

If it's a third party DLL and your only project is going to use it then you should add it as external reference and mark it "Copy Local" so that it will be copied in to bin folder of your project when you build the project.
