How to get data from database (sql sever 2005) in asp.net C# in particulars textboxes only...

I see you say "in asp.net" in the subject. You should put ASP questions in the ASP category.
 
Look at the right side of this window. Do you see "Our recommended articles"? I see there an article about data-binding in ASP.Net. That will likely help. You should look at the other articles in this web site; there are many articles and I am sure many will help you.

          SqlConnection  con = new SqlConnection(connectionstring);
          con.Open();
          SqlDataAdapter  da = new SqlDataAdapter("Select Column1,Column2 from DataTable", con);
          DataSet ds = new DataSet();
          da.Fill(ds);
          con.Close();
          textbox1.text=ds.Tables[0].Rows[0][0].ToString();
          textbox2.Text=ds.Tables[0].Rows[0][1].ToString();

step1:give the Connection string in aspx.cs file.

 

Step2: in the button click event.using  select query get the Column names what we want .

 

Step3 :using DataReader  read the Following columns and assign to the Textbox.
