how to get default gateway in IPV6 using c# and how to set the dhcp ipv6

The Win32_NetworkAdapterConfiguration class has an EnableDHCP method which is documented here:

As it takes no parameters, there's no obvious way to enable DHCP for IPV6 as opposed to IPV4 but I would imagine that if the DHCP server has an IPV6 address then that's what will be used.

To invoke it here, the syntax would be:

uint result = (uint)mc.InvokeMethod("EnableDHCP", null);

if (result == 0)
{
Console.WriteLine("DHCP has been enabled. No reboot is required");
}
else if (result == 1)
{
Console.WriteLine("DHCP has been enabled. Please reboot");
}

{

Well, the WMI class Win32_NetworkAdapterConfiguration is supposed to support IPV6 from Vista onwards so I'd see if the following code yields any info.

You might need to add a reference to System.Management.dll to your project:

Sorry, I didn't quite get the second part of your question. Do you want to simply enable DHCP because WMI has a method for that?
