Go through https://account.live.com/ResetPassword.aspx.

They will ask you further to answer the security question.

Select "I can't use any of these options." after which they ask for a Contact Email Address.

Moving forward they will ask you for your account information like, your first name, last name, birth date, country etc...

Provide them with all the required information and wait for their reply towards your account recovery. They will contact you on provided Contact Email Address.
