How to get myconfig.dll.config file from created cofig file

Question

I have created a application configuration file in my c# project.

Now, please help me that how to add it in build process , so that it generates the myconfigfilename.dll.config in the out folder of my project.

 

I am a beginner so any help with step by step guide is requested.

 

Please replyme ASAP as I need to submit it quickly.
