how to get status of many check box

hello ,

i have many check box in my window form and user set our requirement 

suppose  in my window form has 10 check box and user set 5-6 check box check

now how to get the value of check box

i do with my if else but this is too big code not good

but do this with forecach loop but how
help me i code
