How to get the details if EmpID already exist

Question

Hi,

 

I have employee creation Form and in this form there are Employee ID

 

I want to add new employee but  when adding employee id i want to know if employee id already exist so data don't want to save and get the error if employee id already exist.

 

how i can do this please help me.
