How to get the work confidence in IT field

I am working on last 1 and half Year in IT Industries as Software Developer in .net Technologies. Still I am not Confidence in my work.Please anyone suggest me how to get confidence in coding.

My point of view follow below 3's

1.If you want to make perfection in your code means allow other's to review your code
2.See other's code to know how they writing the code
3.Spend your times to Learn New and discusses with colleague about problems and ask way to solve.

Read articles, blogs and practise them on your own. Try your own implementations , you will learn.

Watch online videos, there are plently of free ones.
