how to get total days in from selected date to till Date

I have a form in that form there are 3 fields

1) From DateTimePicker

2) To DateTimePicker

2) Total days textbox

when I choose any of the date From DateTimePicker and To DateTimePicker

I want the total days in the textbox

how I can do it please help me

Try this
var StartDate = FromDateTimePicker.
Value;

var EndDate = ToDateTimePicker.Value;
var NumberOfDays = EndDate.Subtract(StartDate);
textBox1.Text = NumberOfDays.TotalDays.ToString();

//TotalDays will return the value in fraction, you can use NumberOFDays.Days to get the value in integer value.

sir may I know jQuery is working in windows application

you can do this using jQuery/Javascript. In datepicker onselect event you can calculate the date difference and bind the output value in where ever you want.

$(".date").datepicker({
onSelect: function(dateText) {
//code to calcluate the date difference
}
});
