Hello Neetha,

You need to remove Visible="false" first.

After that create a small piece of css as below to hide the column value and after that you will be able to get that hide column value.

To call the above css to hide the column you need to write bound field definition as below.

ItemStyle-CssClass="hiddencol" HeaderStyle-CssClass="hiddencol"
