How to handle big data using mat datatables in angular 5

Hi guys, I am using mat datatables in angular its working good at the time of small data but when i try to listed large data like 10000 and above its take lot of time.

Hello Pradip,

Faced same issue in my project and the best way is to implement server-side paging, on each click of page number just make a hit to Web API and call the data.

Yes it happens with me in many cases, for that first you need to enhance performance of web api from where you getting your data

Other important things is Server-side pagination, you can do custom pagination based on server side

And based on pagination clicke event, you can call more records

Thats what you can try it
