how to handle multiple views using single button in mvc4/5?

If you are strictly to looking to resolve your problem with multiple views with one button.

 

Lets say you have 3 forms/views and one submit button. And you are submitting form no 2. Add a control for forms which one you are submitting like a dropdown/radio button etc.. In controller action you need to check which form you are submitting. Based on that you need to get the value.
