Yes, except that one DOES NOT have postback events with onmouseover etc.. unless have some javascript to trigger those events and submit the form... uh, that is masochism.

Because a web form mostly runs on a different computer to the web server you would need to use javascript to handle mouse events:- onmouseover, onmouseout, onmousedown, onmouseup and onclick are the available event handlers.
