How to implement 2 way ssl certificate in .NET REST API?

Just like normal web api calls using c#.

sample:

var response = await _httpClient.GetAsync(url);

if (response != null)

{

var result = await response.Content.ReadAsStringAsync().ConfigureAwait(false);

}

How to consume from client ?

1: Install the valid ssl certificate in server side and consume it from your client.

2: Or if you are testing with your local machine then using openssl create self signed certificate and install in your machine.

this is just SSL cert. I am looking for 2 way ssl
