How to improve performance of my asp.net page

Hi, In my asp.net page i am using ajax,jquery,telerik controls,internal javascript with in the page ,external javascript[file] and also using xml i am binding

data to div element as a grid style.so is there any posssibility to improve the page loading performance.Thanks.
