How to improve table(15Lacs records) in Sqlserver2008R2 ?

Hi,

I have one table named "tblSeacrch" in Sqlserver2008R2. In that table have 15Lacs records. When fetch all records then It Takes 10mins to display.

Another one When display 15Lac records in RDLC Report then Page is loading.

How to improve performance in table? I don't know anything. Please Let me know.
