How to insert a row in a gridview to affect even the table in the SQL table?

It is my experience that when someone tries to put the entire question in a subject field the question requires clarification. Please use the big box that is intended to be used for the actual question to ask a more specific question.

Do you want to know whenever the record is created in the grid and the same record needs to be inserted into SQL table also ?
