How to Insert Pipeline in each Question of answer option

if I have give this Question Answer id a. Mumbai that time I want Add this Answer type of Pipeline.means if I have Select Mumbai option then I want to add one Question Related to this answer in Survey. 

if I have set this pipeline on one Question ..if Survey is started then this answer option select that time pipeline regarding Question Display
