How to insert the new element on XMLNode in C#

I am trying to insert a new element into the XmlNode in C# code,

How to insert the @# element inside the "/TestBooks/template/field" root.

Inside the element, I need to insert the element, based on id element 11-09-2020-505.

Thanks a million for helping, I have checked your shared link, but this will be changing and adding the inner of an element Text/Value.

My request:

Need to insert new element @# in the inside of element, and it will need only insert based on specified id element 18-09-2020-579, the @# element no need to insert all the elements inside.

like, inside the element if have an id value is "18-09-2020-579", need to insert the @# element in the inside of element.
