How to insert values into an existing PDF on the fly?

When you talk about "fields", do you mean "PDF form fields" as shown in the following page?

Can you provide us with a sample PDF file that shows the fields that you want to fill?

Also, are you creating a WinForms or web based application?

Thanks for replay, but your answer is not sufficient for me, because my PDF template have lots of fields to get values from user side. The main thing i want to know is that How could i determine locations (co-ordinates) for each fields. 

Its complicated to define the locations like the given example on the link

 cb.ShowTextAligned(1, text, 520, 640, 0);

 

Is there any design tools to design rectangle fields to accept values?
