You can have an installation of ASP.NET MVC 4 with Visual Studio 2010 SP1, the link below will give you some tips,

to install mvc 4.0 on 2010 required VS2010 - SP1
to down load vs2010 sp1 please refer following link

also down load mvc 4.0 setup

run this set up acept all term and condition press next - next -next it install mvc 4.0
