How to install the MVC4 patchup for the Vs2010

Hi Team ,

As i have only VS 2010 in mystem and i got mvc 4 applciation and same is not opening due to there is no mvc 4 installed in my computer .

I have down loaded the Aspdotmvc4.exe patch up but failed to install the patch by double clikc on this .

Please help .

Let me know if you need any more details on this.
