For Biometric Device or any type of Hardware Integration you need SDK.

 

Please search for appropriate SDK for your Device with that you will also find document about API's privoded in SDK and how to implement that in your code in order to access all the Device functions.

 

Normally for Biometric Devices integration with Web Applications you have to use java applet (Old Technology) or Client side scripts (VBA, Javascript functions) to invoke your device functions because your web application is hosted on the centeral server whereas your device is connected to the client system.

 

You can ask the device manufacutrer/vender for proper SDK and its integration as they have their own tech team to support for the integration with different types of application.
