How to maintain CheckBox Checked On Button Click

You can make use of either PostBack in the server side or ajax , $(document).ready in the client side. And I would prefer to go ahead and use ajax if you don't want to refresh the content of the whole page.

Hi,

It may occur as your are not using (!IsPostBack) condition in Page_Load. So your submit button click will again checks all checkboxes. So just code it like below.

protectedvoidPage_Load(objectsender,EventArgse)
{
if(!IsPostBack)
{
//Callthefunctionusedtocheckcheckboxeshere
}
}

Hi Amit,

If possible call method using ajax which won't do postback.

Another method is try to maintain the checked checkbox ids or index in a hidden field and re-assign status after submit pressed.

hope it helps.

Thanks.
