How to make or translate desktop application in multi language?

Question

I want to do a Desktop Application with runtime language switch and customer translation edit. I was thinking about Using resource.resx and database solution. But I want to do like websites using translation API or any other way you know. If anyone knows how can it be done please let me know thanks in advance.

Hi Sachin Thanks for your reply but I am looking for a multilanguage desktop application, not a translator. like when we switch websites from one language to others it will be converted to that language using translator API like that. is it possible in a desktop app without resource file and maintaining data in n nos languages?
