how to make set up file and product key?

Hey,
i am making an application in which 15 forms are there.and i am using sql server in built database i.e in visual studio 10.

Now i want to make up set up file and also want to set product key .
i am new in C# window forms.

i want when i install this application it will ask to enter product key.

so please suggest me how can i do this both things?
