How To Make writable a cell of datagrid in vs 2010.

hey frnds..

i want to enter some value in cells of datagrid in desktop application.

I have make the readonly property of datagrid false. But i m not geting to do this..

I have to edit the value in cell of datagrid only.. i dnt want to take the value of grid in textbox and update...

i have googled also but till nw i have not found any soluation...
