How to Move the RichtextBox alignments along with Trackbars

Question

I have 2 Trackbars.
Trackbar1
Trackbar2
& Richtextbox.
 
TrackBar1.value=0; (It should be left side )
TrackBar2.value=10; (It should be right side )
 
when i move the Trackbar1 from left to right,
Trackbar2 should move from right to left automatically , with the same distance 
as well as richtextbox margin left side & rightside should be change along with Trackbars.
 
ForEg: Ms-Word left and right margins alignment.
