How to off the firewall in one particular website on IIS

Hello Team,

Server: Windows Server 2012R2

In IIS, I have two websites. One is the default production website, and another one is a test website.

I need to off/disable the firewall from only the test Website in IIS.

If the firewall has on, I'm getting the below error, I hosted my web service on the Test Website in IIS.

I'm a new learner in server related access. Kindly, share the ideas.
