how to open C#.net 2005 file in .net 2003

Can any one help to open C#.net 2005 file in .net 2003. is there any converter available. I heard from . net 2003 to .net 2002 its available.

not sure there is a conversion, but there may be a conversion of msbuild to nant and then you can build with the older version with an option in nant (i think its k1.1 or something like that).
