How to pass Kendo Grid selected row to controller

Hi Team,

I have a Kendo Grid and need to pass the selected row to the controller on click of button.

I am able to pass the one column value and I am not sure on how to pass the other columnn values.

Please let me know if there is a way to do with out using Jquery.

I have tried Jquery for single column and it is working fine and able to call corresponding controller.
