Can someone tell me the usage of key value pair as a parameter in a URL on an Angular application.

hi,

We use key-value pair in every technologies to pass value from one page another page via url for loading data based on value.
For example we pass customer id to load data customer details page as shown:
https://rijsat.com?CustomerId = 1231 ( or encrypted value)

This CustomerId = 1231 is key-value pair in URL. Now we load customer information/details based on CustomerID.
Similarly,
https://rijsat.com?ArticleId = 4d3dfc07-4da8-431a-9862-eedfd390f0aa
Then, based on ID we can get details from API or services.

In angular. we use in following way:
import { Component, OnInit } from '@angular/core';
import { ActivatedRoute } from '@angular/router';

export class MyComponent {
  constructor(
    private route: ActivatedRoute
  ) {}

  ngOnInit() {
    const firstParam: string = this.route.snapshot.queryParamMap.get('firstParamKey');
    const secondParam: string = this.route.snapshot.queryParamMap.get('secondParamKey');
  }
}
In this way, we can get key value.

you have to build JSON object. then pass the jSON object in parameter.If you using webAPI. then the name of the parameter should same as class properties in WEBAPI.
