How to pass the data from view to other view in MVC 4?

The solution could be based on the scanerio. There are many ways to perform this transition.

 

One of the simplest way is to store data in TempData as shown in the example shared by many of forum members.

 

Another thing is, you can also perform this without tempdata if it is part of navigation. while performing navigation post the data from the view to the controller which in turn setup model object for other view to redirect.
