how to ping wcf

In Microsoft Windows Environment

Go to Command mode in Administrator mode or Visual Studio Command Mode

Check for SVC Util command, type as "svcutil" in command prompt

Check the WCF service is Up/Down, type following command

SVCUTIL "ServicePath\mex"
