How to place a input panel on a predefined position ?

Hi everybody is there any way to define the position where the input panel will show up when it gets enabled from with in an application? At the moment it allows comes up where it was last time it was enabled. But how to place it once in the upper area at position 0,0 and within an other upcoming menu I would like it coming up in the lower right corner ... How can I do this - please ? Thx Max
