How to post a blog in this community?

Hi friends, I became an active member in this community from past few days.I also like to share few things via blogs, interview questions, and articles but i don't know the exact procedure and steps can anyone explain how post an interview question or articles? how can i get approval for those articles and others?How long it takes to release?did i get any mail regards any launch of our articles?
