how to poulate comobox and datagrid from excel database

Hi,,
I have a excel file with
Count   Customer name   Actual quantity booked quantity
10 ply bat 1000          500
20poly cat                    2000          1800
30poly RAT 2500 1000

here i want to display count on combox display ...on selecting count from combobox other data should automatically fill in datagrid view ....

Does anyone know how to achieve this?
plezz its urgents
