how to prevent another user from login if one user is access

Question

how to prevent another user from login if one user is accessing the application. 

Forex- Kriss is accessing the application, at the same time Ganesh want to access the same application then he will not be able to access the application. 

please give me some idea or give me the reference to solve this problem.
