how to preview arabic in write site

I make application in visual basic 2010

English and Arabic

English is ok

but problem in Arabic

when i change Language from english to arabic Arabic preiview from left site

and arabic writeing standard from write to left

please help me

store the label text in the data base with byte format using
string str = Textbox1.Text
byte[] utf8Bytes = Encoding.UTF8.GetBytes(str);
again retrive the byte data from sql diplay dynamic in the label text using

label1.Text = Encoding.UTF8.GetString(utf8Bytes);
