how to publish a c# project connected to data base to a setup file?

Hi all

i'm working in VS 2008 professional and need to publish a windows application c# project connected to data base (table) in the server explorer to a setup file .
i tried to make a publish in the build tab but the setup file not contains the table.
plz i need a help.
