How to Pull Paper 3 cm down before start printing

Dear Amit

You got the point Y axis

when Y =0, print start in the Column (see the 4 columns), where as it is required

from first up arrow marked,

 

that is why I want, just pull paper little bit down before start printing, okay

next my code is not much complex

its print just max 6 lines,
