How to push our value to the controls of third party webpage

My requirment is I have to push some details to a third party web page.
Example : One website have a registration form.The details that i have to register is in my database.Is there any way to push the details to that web page controls on loading that page.So that we can avoid typing the details in control.

We can pass the address of web page we want to acces from our application.

You can, but there should be a link between your web page & the third party web page.

Is there a link?
