For how to read a barcode using barcode reader in c#, directly use its barcode reader sdk. If it is required to display the barcode image whose information was stored in the database, the details of that specific barcode are retrieved from database and a barcode is generated at runtime according to those barcode details. A Form is created that contains a Panel (to hold the barcode control generated at runtime) and a Button to initiate the process.

You should add your barcode reader for C# or barcode reader for .net to your C# project.

Here is a sample:
string[] barcodes = BarcodeScanner.Scan("code39-image.gif", BarcodeType.Code39);
