How to read a email using asp .net c# The mail is only access office 365 only and ssl certificate is there i want to read the mail and copy that body of mail.

You would need to send emails to a server where your code would run to read the email and its body. It would also contain information about the sender. In sharepoint you need to set an incoming email library setting in a document library of a shrepoint site on a particular server. When mails are directed to the server then a C# code is written which runs on the server and reads the email.
