how to read a node value in ms word generated xml file

hi friends,i need to know about how to read a node value in ms word generated xml file....i have converted my "resume" which is a ms word document  to xml file using c#...but the xml code is not understanable...i have "carrer objective" in my resume.doc.. i want to retrieve text under "carrer objective" using xml....if you could under stand what i am exactly telling,help me friends....
