How to read data from Ethernet in wpf

I am try to read data from eathernet port so how to read data from that and

Its used TCP/IP Protocol or direct access

My need is one sensior is read the data and send that data from c# code using eathernet using CAN to usb converter

Please any one suggest me what should i do
