how to read values of a list and then isert them to a form a

actually i'm new to wpf. I have values in my list and i want to add these values to a wpf user control form in c#. actually the values of this list would be the columns of this form and contents of these columns are the data those should be loaded from a sharepoint site. do you have ideas to do this? i am new to wpf and c# and it's a bit confusing for me. thank you
